By Mommy GingyApril 13, 2020 Tall and Creamy New York Cheesecake I made a modified version of this delicious recipe the night before Easter 2020. It turned out great! I cut this recipe in half, added a teaspoon of butter emulsion and used small spring pans instead of the size the recipe called for. They cooked quicker than the larger single pan per the original recipe (linked above) and seem to be just fine. They were delicious!!! A must try! 😀
